51 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I had the pleasure of staying at the Maritime Institute for three nights last month while on a business trip. I travel frequently, and have stayed in numerous hotels around the country. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service offered by
I was woken up at 12:15 am by the front desk and asked to go in the hall and look for someone. I was so upset when I voiced my aggrivation telling him that I have to get up at 6am and was mad that he woke me up I got yelled at for being rude. What? You woke me up and I am not to get upset? I did not even know the person he was asking me to look for. Nobody would believe the conversation so I will not go into further detail but do not stay at this hotel they have no concern for people.
