The room was very clean and the beds were clean and comfortable. We had a non/smoking room and it was fresh without a smoke odor. But, the hallway had a strong smoke odor. I would suggest that there not be smoking in the hallways and something be used to keep the odor under control, in our case three of the four guests are allergic to smoke and its odors.

The bathroom was very nice, the tub, shower was great a large soaking tub that I really enjoyed.

The breakfast coupon at the Best Western provided a very good complimentary breakfast.

It was a little confusing to have the office in a separate building from the motel.

This hotel was extremely clean, however, updates of the exterior appearance could use an upgrade, i.e., hallways, vending areas, exits, furniture, etc. All the staff members were friendly, especially housekeeping, they really wanted me to feel welcome and made a great attempt to make my stay as comfortable as possible. You could tell they work hard, because of the cleanliness of the rooms and hallways were excellent.

This hotel made me feel secure: All rooms entered from within.
