Staff was very friendly and helpful. The 5 floor had a terrrible smell. My son and I almost threw up everytime we walked down the hallway. That needs to be addressed. Furniture and tv needs to be updated.

We stayed there with a large group and most of us had issues with our rooms. There was a constant bad odor on our floor and the rooms smelled musty. The smell was so bad one of the families switched rooms. My shower was broken and only scolding hot water came out. Last but not least the complimentary breakfast was gross. The only thing worth having were the waffles.

The 5th floor hallway smelled terrible, as did our room, 505. We could not put our clothes in the drawers because of the terrible smell. The breakfast donuts were stale.
I am not likely
to return to the Comfort Suites at the World Golf Village.

Rather than resolve a room cleanliness issue, their general manager chose to argue and insinuate that I was lying. He also refused to honor Choice Hotel's written guarantee for 100% satisfaction.
