Excellent
Clean, convenient, friendly staff, business room computers and printers worked.Only 1 guest laundry facility, hot tub was never "hot".“Nice hotel for the price and good location for this part of Houston. Noting real fancy but clean and comfortable...
45 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The staff at the hotel was friendly and prompt with the service. The area was quiet and the access to the highway was fast. The building was being painted when we were there and it was not in the least an inconvenience. It had great managerial planning. I would stay at this location again. The continental breakfast was smaller by comparison to other hotels, but still acceptable.
The buildings, the exercise room and the laundry room had to be accessed by key cards. The computer and the printer were in the main lobby which felt comfortable to visit. The rooms had key cards plus dead bolts. The outside was well lit with close parking.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Comfort Suites Willowbrook/Technology Corridor.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Good
This hotel was super close to the family functions we were attending. And it was so much better to stay off of FM1960 - which is SOOO busy with work traffic. The lobby area was clean & very nice. The breakfast area was a bit small but well...
