We arrived after a very long drive with what we expected to be a comfortable stay. We had planned on staying a couple nights until we found a mouse in our room. I went to the front desk and complained about the situation expecting some kind of resolution and was told they could not help and I would have to speak to management, but I was given a mouse trap and was told that everyone has this problem in the winter.
I went back to my room which had two double beds and pulled back the sheets to find the mouse and droppings in my bed. After again confronting the desk they said they could do nothing but refer me to the manager who was not present. I just wanted another room or some kind of refund so I could go else where for a peaceful night’s sleep. After talking with the manager-owner I was told they would send me something in the mail but could not reimburse my money. I am a commercial realtor and I would never refer or promote this facility or any other affiliations with this gentleman if this is his idea of customer service.
