My contact tells me he’s made a reservation to put me up at the “nice hotel” across the street from his office. Google maps tells me it’s the Comfort Inn and Suites Westchase (that’s in Houston), so I’m not expecting much: my ...

The hotel was close to the training seminar I was attending. The hotel did not have a restaurant, however, several restaurants were within walking distance. The hotel did provide free hot breakfast each day. The hotel had free high speed wireless internet service, plus a business center, and free local phone calls.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Comfort Suites Westchase.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I made reservations for Sunday Night and my flight was cancelled. I called the hotel property direclty at 6pm from the airport. I was informed about the 24 hour cancellation policy and was charged full price for my room. Efforts to correct the billing went unsuccessful. Be careful when booking this hotel especially if travel includes the airlines.

The location was great. It’s in a good neighborhood, quiet, and was close to friends I was visiting and companies I needed to see for work. The room was perfect. It was spacious and had a coffee pot, microwave, and a wonderful bed.

The hotel was convenient to the venue we were visiting. The suite was spacious, very comfortable, and extremely clean. The staff was courteous, though we didn't have much interaction with them.
There was adequate lighting for the needlework I enjoy doing, and the sitting area was enjoyable.
