I stay here a lot on business. The staff is professional and efficient, beds are comfy, breakfast is great (many hot and cold choices), and evening cookies and Wednesday night manager reception are nice touches. The only downside is a slow elevator, and the alternative (stairs) are in very inconvenient locations.

Very much impressed with the stay here.Good housekeeping.Location is too nice-between the two prominent national parks.The staff even though limited were very nice and helpful we had driven a long way and was very tired. Check in as well as check out was very easy . The room was spacious and clean if I happen to visit visalia again i will definitely stay here .

I was just traveling through to Rocklin. I didn't notice the location. The comfort and service were fine.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the toiletries that were provided were of good quality. My only complaint was that my room smelled like the Quizno's Sub location that was adjacent to it!

We liked the location downtown. It had a clean room.

This hotel made me feel secure: I liked the attached city parking garage. The doors were secured and only those with keys were able to enter.
