Very helpful staff clean and quiet. .Fitness center cardio equipment could be replaced. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the staff was very friendly. .

Excellent

The service was excellent. The restaurant service was fast and the food was great. I would recommend it to anyone to stay there.

The walls of the rooms allow you to hear everything going on outside so if you stay near the pool, it is very noisy. The location was good in that it was very easy to get to Universal Studios and shopping.
