The rooms were nice, but the service was horrible. The chlorine bleached out our bathing suits and the hotel said it wasn't their problem. They had 1 nice and professional employee and the man and the manager were unbelieveable rude. I polietely voiced my complaints and the manager said she had no plan to do anything for me. I asked for corporate and she said she was all I was getting. I will make sure to tell all that I know never to give business to this location.

From the time I entered the hotel, I was treated with excellent customer service. The staff is very helpful, especially about giving information about the area and the best place to shop or eat. Having an indoor pool and fitness center is a great plus, and their breakfast offerings were of a great variety. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and they offer every amenity you would ever need during your stay. I think my visit to this hotel was a great experience, and I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I was extremely impressed with the excellent customer service, from the time I walked through the door to check in, until I checked out.

Their breakfast was good, with a nice variety of sweet rolls, bagels, waffles, cereal, juices and coffee to choose from. They had everything, from the business center with a computer if you didn't have your own, to high speed internet in your room. The pool was really nice, considering it's inside and very relaxing, and they even have a fitness center (although I didn't use it myself).

I just think it's a nice place to stay, and would take advantage of the great hospitality they have to offer, again in the future. I say, give them a try, my visit was excellent!

I traveled from Virginia to Texas to visit some college buddies and this was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am excited for my return to this hotel!

My first room was infested with ants, which I put up with until they started biting my feet and getting into my luggage. I had to yell at their front desk clerk to distract him from his video game and get my room switched.

My new room was even worse. The refrigerator made a loud grinding noise, so I was forced to unplug it. Then when I tried to shower in the morning, it took 15 minutes to get hot water, and then it turned freezing cold after I had stepped inside. To top it off, the manager refused to comp the night and only gave 20% off. I will never stay here again despite its good location to my office. Find a hotel that has a good maintenance person and cares about its customers.
