The hotel was difficult to find due to the numbering system in that area. We had a sofa bed that was extremely soft. The breakfast was good and the personnel was helpful. But the people need to test the sofa bed before they agree to stay in the room.

We were moving to the Phoenix area and stayed with them. The woman I spoke to was fantastic. Our entire experience with them was wonderful.
This hotel made me feel secure: It was a nice location, well lit, and well maintained.

There was a great small kitchen area in the room. Fresh coffee was available all day for free -- it was very nice.
This hotel made me feel practical: It served a great breakfast buffet. We could prepare our own food in the guest room. The hotel is in a convenient location.

I liked that it was near the airport. The hotel has great rooms, and is in a nice, quiet location. I could walk to restaurants.

Telephone reservations were wonderful. Person there was soooooo helpful. Now, the registraton people when we got to the hotel are another story. Were rude, inconsiderate, uncaring.
