25 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

I have stayed at this hotel several times. We have never used the hide a bed before but when it came time to go to bed, we had to call down and get the bedding. I felt that we should have been asked if we were going to use it at the desk at check in rather than having to call down and wait. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

This hotel made me feel respected: I felt that they interacted well and they asked me about my job too. It was nice having something in common with a stranger, right off the bat.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Suites Springfield.
I might recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel respected: They always greeted me in a cheerful manner.

This hotel was wonderful, the front desk staff extremely helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The continental breakfast was fantastic, much more than we expected. Our kids were very comfortable.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The suite was two rooms, wireless internet included, and a full breakfast. We felt like we should have paid more for the room.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Suites Springfield.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
