What a nightmare. Traveling on school vacation with 4 kids. We reserved 2 rooms several months in advance and reserved 2 roll away beds. When we checked in, we were told that the roll aways were not available and that we had simply requested them and there was no guarantee of the beds being available (despite emails confirming we reserved roll aways. One room was not ready for check in until 6PM, and that room had obvious water damage to the ceiling, pealing paint, and visible mold. The general manager was down right obnoxious, refused to be of any assistance, refused to honor the 100% guarantee advertised in each room. Corporate was somewhat of a help in the complaint process, but since the hotels are franchises, your recourse is with the local franchisee.
