Were there 3 nights and had to move twice: 1st because the room smelled strongly of cat pee, 2nd because brown liquid was leaking from the ceiling and water containing toilet paper shot up from the mini-bar sink.
All 3 rooms smelled. It took me 2 weeks and much correspondence with corporate to only get $80 in coupons to use at other Choice Hotels. All I got from the hotel was a letter of apology and thanking me for the information so that they can improve their level of quality.
The staff, except for the manager, were friendly, but weren't surprised by any of this. It probably happens all the time and will happen to you if you go there.
