Miserable night. first, the bed is really slanted, and makes you want to roll off all night long. the furnature is worn, and in need of replacement. HERE IS THE BIGGIE** there is a STRIKE going on all around the building. these people are yelling at like 7:30 am and making it impossible to sleep. it seems the hotel management and current employees know this and dont say anything to you when you call, or do an internet reservation. as it turns out, there is a small letter onthe front desk, quite far from where your transaction takes place, and there is no one directing you to look at it. now i soppose this next one is not the fault of the hotel, but added to the misery of my stay in this place none the less. it sounded like the people upstairs were juggling billiard balls and in need of a lot of practice. every minute or so, something heavy dropped. uuuugh! stay someplace else.

I am not likely to return to the Comfort Suites SFO Airport.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It’s a great location to the airport. The train was loud but I did not hear it after eleven p.m.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Suites SFO Airport.
I might recommend it to friends.

First off this is not a true "hotel" its a Motel with no interior hallways. Your door faces the outside and the only window faces the walkway, making it less that private if you have the window curtains open. The bed had some mystery stains on the side and was fairly old and uncomfortable. I guess they call it a Suite since there is a cheap microwave and cube fridge in the Bathroom.

Unfortunately, the fridge heats up the room and even on a cold night you need to run the air conditioner.

The rooms are on the small side and there is no closet to hang long garments. The recently painted the outside, but the rooms are getting a bit dingy and I didnt feel it was really clean.

Worst of all this Motel is located right next to the Train station, where trains run overnight and early in the morning.

I have stayed at worse places, but this is in my bottom 10 places to stay.

The hotel was too far from downtown San Francisco, but otherwise, it was quaint and quiet, so great for little vacations.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Suites SFO Airport.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hot tub was cold and the breakfast was substandard, the orange juice was nothing more than orange colored water and they ran out of food with no replenishing.

It was further than expected from downtown San Francisco. The employees were very knowledgeable. They offered free airport shuttle and big beds.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The employees were friendly and breakfast was included.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Suites SFO Airport.

The hotel was very comfortable. My room was clean and quiet. The staff was very pleasant and helpful when needed.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The front desk staff was not rushed and seemed genuinely happy to see us. The beds were comfortable.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Suites SFO Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

They had terrible service at this hotel. The employees were picketing early in the morning, the rooms were not cleaned well, and the manager did make good on our reservation terms. This was surprising, because I have stayed at many Comfort Inns that were great.

I am not likely to return to the Comfort Suites SFO Airport.
