It’s very clean. They have a pleasant hotel staff. Complimentary beer, wine, and snacks early weekday evenings.

I have been thoroughly pleased each time I have stayed at Comfort Suites.

This hotel made me feel pampered: Anything that I needed was brought to my room in a very short time. There were always clean towels, sheets, wash clothes, etc.

It was a beautiful setting, overlooking the Neuse River; close to the park that I knew, as a child, as Federal Point. The comfort and service could not have been better. All of the staff was quite congenial!

This hotel made me feel elegant: The room was decorated with pictures that were much like those I remembered from my childhood friends' home. The bedding followed along the same lines. Everything that anyone would need was there!

It's a very nice hotel, with beautiful scenery on the river. It's nice and clean. It was a bit pricey for December, but still nice. I think it's probably the nicest place to stay in New Bern.

The hotel was fine, but I stayed only a short time. I arrived late and left early.

This hotel is my favorite place to stay when heading south. I like the nice breakfast, and the pretty and large rooms which are divided so one can stay up and read without disturbing the other who wants to go to bed. It's an easy walk to town and restaurants.

This hotel made me feel respected: They treated you nicely at the front desk.

Comfort Suites River Front Park is a very clean hotel. That is my top priority.

After a long drive, I enjoyed being riverside--ask for this. We walked to the renovated downtown and had an excellent meal at The Chelsea. Later, we browsed at the Home of Pepsi. All in all, a great hotel and town.

I was put by the elevator and ice machine and asked to be moved but they didn't want to accommodate me. They weren't even 1/3 occupied and could have very easily placed into a better room.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I liked the relaxed attitude of the staff and the room layout.
