I enjoy staying there. Everyone was friendly and I enjoyed the room.
This hotel made me feel welcome: When we asked for extra pillows they quickly sent them up to us.

The location was great for Riverfest. Even though the front desk was busy the staff wasn't rude. They need more ice machines, though. They charge premium prices due to the event weekend, and there were no discounts for loyal customers.

Everyone was very nice. When asking for directions to a local establishment though, I was given a map and told how to drive, but not given safe walking directions. I was there for a wedding and we were given a very cryptic note in our welcome bags. Luckily, another guest decoded it for me, but the hotel didn't clearly invite everyone to a meal at their establishment.

I have been pleased with all but one stay with this group of hotels. Our Colorado stay was excellent. The one night stay in Topeka, KS, was terrible and was reported to headquarters as not representative of the hotel group.
