The staff were extraordinarily personable. The air conditioner units in the room would frequently break down.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Suites Raleigh.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel offers rates at the state rate, which is wonderful. The drinks at the bar are nice, as is the manager's reception. However, the snacks on the manager's reception often appear thrown together. The hotel is dirty in appearance. The carpet is dingy, there is dirt and dust in the edges of the floor at the walls. The rooms also have a dirty feel.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Suites Raleigh.
I might recommend it to friends.

I felt welcome there because they were wonderful. More places should be so nice.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I felt welcome there because they always had a smile, and remembered who you were.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Suites Raleigh.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
