Stayed Oct. 23-28. Room was pleasant, staff was helpful and pleasant, from the desk to the breakfast buffet, to the airport shuttle. The maid service was exemplary--never heard a peep from them, yet every day our room was meticulously made up...

Just attended a wedding reception at this hotel. I did not expect to see such
poor banquet service, chairs, tables and linens, that is below wedding reception standards. No manager was present during the event. Guests were left alone......
57 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I had to wait over 45 minutes outside at the airport on a very hot night for the hotel shuttle. I had to call the hotel 4 times, before they finally showed up. The desk clerk did not even send the shuttle, when I first called. After my third call, the shuttle went to the wrong area of the airport. I paid extra for this service, but I will never stay at this facility ever again.
I cannot recommend this hotel or its hotel shuttle service.

Everything was extremly smooth, the rooms were bigger than expected. In fact the only thing that was really wrong is that the clerk at check in and the clerk at check out weren't as friendly as other places. But if thats the only thing that I have...
