Price.Non-smoking room was a previous smoking room. This is not a long stay hotel, i.e., no kitchenette. Breakfast in the morning; lots of stuff but the sausage/cold hardboiled egg breakfast was scary. Staff was great.

70 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I am ambulatory disabled and I need a handicapped room with a bathtub. This hotel has this kind of room available. My disappointment was that this room was not available with a senior discount. This hotel has a convenience store adjacent to it and it is across a side street from a MacDonald's restaurant. It is also a short drive to a Shari's restaurant. It also is less than a mile from I-205.
I belong to the Choice Rewards program and I was able to stay half an hour or so past the normal check out time.
I am very likely
to return to the Comfort Suites Portland Airport.
I might recommend it to friends.
