Comfort Suites Phoenix

I have stayed there many times. The employees used to be friendly and accommodating. This time, they were indifferent and they provided no service. The pool and the spa were not usable and the breakfast room ran out of food long before the posted end hour. The room was very comfortable and that was what really counted.

The hotel had a good location, a nice staff, clean rooms and great extras.

The beds were horrible, my daughter fell out of bed because it was so saggy, just turning over. I sat and tried to sleep as I kept being pulled to the edge and thought I would roll out too. It was the worst experience of my life and it was even considered an ADA accommodation that I had asked for.

This hotel made me feel welcome: A cheerful pleasant person checked us in.

It was convenient to a convention I attended. I only slept there.

I stayed two nights. The first breakfast I went during posted hours but the food was depleted and not replaced. There were no teabags. The second breakfast was fine, but still no teabags. We stay at this hotel because of its spa, which was not working this trip. This hotel used to be extraordinarily good; but now it is less than mediocre. It is still better than other Choice hotels in the area.
