It was a very nice hotel, however it was a little difficult and confusing to get to.

This hotel made me feel practical: I did not expect there to be a mini-fridge or a microwave and was pleasantly surprised.

The location was great. The service is what was expected from the hotel.

I used this location due to the location and the fact that I stay at Comfort hotels regularly. I did not have any problems as it was a short overnight stay.

It had a filthy bathtub. The replacement room had non-working lamps. The rooms needed updating!

It was conveniently located. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the stay was pleasant there.

Everything was good during my stay.

It was a very small room for the price. However it was clean.

The air conditioner was leaking and the washing machines did not work.

The staff was friendly, accommodating, generous, helpful and all had positive attitudes about their work. It was more like staying at a friend's house than a hotel. Our room was next to the ice machine which I usually do not like, but we had no problems after 11.00 p.m. We would definitely return.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff remembered our names and made every effort to make sure we had all we needed.

The hotel was very comfortable, with nice rooms, plenty of furniture and a lovely continental breakfast each morning.

The hotel's location was good, right off the interstate. I advise others to try the bar across the street. The hotel is a good place with nice folks. It needs an indoor pool at that location, though.

It was unusually noisy, including train noises throughout the night.

We had a two-bedroom suite, which was very nice. There could be more info in the rooms about restaurants nearby and how to get to downtown Dallas, though.

This hotel is in a good location. It's always clean and comfortable. The front desk people are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
