It’s what you would expect at Comfort Suites.

When I reported my TV remote did not work, they said to come down to the front desk to get new batteries for the remote. I thought they should have sent someone up to service the TV. The remote never worked properly but I didn't complain anymore. The manager was very helpful with another problem but I didn't mention the TV remote to him.

Our car was broken into here. It sat in the parking lot for five hours with no one telling us, and the car next to us also broke into. Management told us "Too bad", and the police just said that "it’s a problem".

The location was great. We were driving from Arizona to Santa Monica and this was a great stop. We liked the great service. It's a nice place and it's everything I expect from a Comfort Inn. We stay in them if they are in the area we are going to.

There was a minor problem with the lights when staying at the San Diego motel. But it was cleared ASAP. My stay at Palm Springs was uneventful. It's my first choice of hotels when traveling.
