The hotel has a great location, but a bad schedule for drop off and pick up at universal parks. They serve a great breakfast. They have a nice pool, but a poor hot tub.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The manager of the hotel and the receptionist realized we were tired and took the time to show us where the rooms were and where to park. They also recommended a place to eat. The hotel had just re-opened after remodeling and everything was clean.
