The breakfast was great and the shuttle service to the casinos was great. Both the rooms were very disappointing. They were not clean and had an ill working air conditioner.

They provide excellent accommodations and facilities.

We chose this hotel online because of the promised amenities of fitness center, pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna. We booked late, so we had to book a king bed in a smoking room though we are non-smokers.

The check-in staff didn't seem to want to be there, but there weren't any glitches until we got to our room, it was non-smoking, two double beds. I went back to the check-in counter and they told me that's what the reservation people sent them and that's all they could do for us as well as "well you got the double bed rate". Good thing it was just the two of us and we could each sleep in one bed; not ideal, but it could always be worse.

The "fitness center" had a whopping 3 pieces of equipment.

The pool area had no towels and there was no staff to be found in the immediate area. We could only stay in the pool area for 5 minutes because of the amount of chlorine in the pool and Jacuzzi or the lack of ventilation. Our eyes were burning unbelievably.

Some areas of the hotel were quaint such as the sitting area and breakfast area, however, most other areas were ill maintained, holes in the walls, peeling wallpaper, and smoke smell everywhere.

It was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Had I known the true quality of this hotel, I would not have spent $139 for the night, but rather $59.

The hotel desk clerk was helpful in recommending a nearby restaurant that had good food at a reasonable price. The hotel was somewhat off the beaten path and it required at least two stops to obtain directions to find it.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room had comfortable furniture. The heating system was adequate.

The hotel has a very friendly staff.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom made me feel extravagant.

The hotel was located near our destination. There was adequate parking and a shuttle service to the primary location. It is located just off a primary interstate.

This hotel made me feel respected: They always used sir or ma'am when addressing customers. They were polite and not condescending.

The location was a little funky but not hard to find. The king suite was lovely and a nice get away. It is also a safe ride for people coming and going to and from casino.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The room was just lovely and the jacuzzi bath was awesome. It is well worth the money spent to feel so pampered.

The location is easy to find off highway in a remote spot of the town. It is easy to get to casinos, but there are no restaurants and no other services nearby. The room was pleasant and so were the amenities. They will go out of their way to provide any toiletries you may have forgotten to bring and that for free. They serve great breakfast with Belgium waffles, eggs, bacon, yogurt, muffins, cereal, all included in the price of the room.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They have comfortable beds and pillows. I had plenty of bath towels. The TV was easy to use.

It was a great deal. The hotel had a bus to the casino and a dinner voucher plus the breakfast in the morning.

This is one of the best hotels in which I've ever stayed. It was by no means a five-star hotel nor did it have many of the amenities that I've experienced at other hotels. I took this trip to visit my brother who was very ill in the hospital. Right from the initial telephone contact, the employees made me feel so very comfortable. I walk slowly with a cane and they found me accommodations to make that easier. Finally, every staff member was courteous and helpful to me. I had the same courteous and helpful experiences even with the ladies who ran the continental breakfast each day. The weakest point was possibly the maid service, but that was little to worry about in comparison with the great treatment I received as well as the comfortable room that I had there.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The relaxed feeling had to do completely with the friendliness and knowledge of staff. They were there to help me at every turn. It could have been a five-star hotel and I don't think the desk staff could have made anybody feel more relaxed and comfortable.

I had never stayed at a Comfort Inn and Suites and was not sure of what to expect. I was surprised at the size of the rooms. I felt we had a great room at a great price.

This hotel made me feel entertained: It was minutes away from two casinos. They provided a shuttle bus to and from the casino.

The hotel was in a convenient location to Connecticut casinos.

As a member of Choice Privileges, I thought I should be given credit for my stay. It was fully paid by me even though I was with a tour. The desk did not agree and I am writing to the above to see if credit can be given.

The hotel has very good accommodations. It's close to casinos. I recommend others to go through the hotel's reservations.

The lighting could have been better. It was also a little annoying that they were under construction at the time of the event I was attending while staying there.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and much more than expected.

The staff was great. The shuttle to Mohegan Sun was very convienient. I will stay here again and again!

Again, sam and the staff made everything about the hotel feel very comfortable. To be honest, sam answered the phone when made the reservation and knew would like the hotel just judging by the friendliness and helpfulness he showed in the reservation.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Sam and the rest of the staff were so accomodating that the entire stay was as comfortable as possible. The staff made the difference!
