The hotel offers rates at the state rate, which is wonderful. The drinks at the bar are nice, as is the manager's reception. However, the snacks on the manager's reception often appear thrown together. The hotel is dirty in appearance. The carpet is dingy, there is dirt and dust in the edges of the floor at the walls. The rooms also have a dirty feel.
