Hotel was clean, nice lobby, great breakfast choices including waffles. Room was great for a family since it included a pull out bed. Staff pleasant, one mile ride to Penn Station, cost $10 each way for a fast ride into NYC.

The location is fairly convenient, the service is usually excellent and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The fitness room could be a little bigger, but overall it is a very nice place to stay.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They provided extra sheets, pillows and towels when we called the front desk in the middle of the night.

I arrived late and the front desk clerk was extremely kind and quick with getting us a room. The location was right near where we needed to be. I suggest you check the drains in the bathroom.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Any employees that we came in contact with greeted us and stated in some way that they hope that we enjoy our stay with them. They also stated that if there was anything they could do to help us they would.
