I was traveling with my daughter who likes to sleep later than I. I wanted to take her breakfast to the room, but there were signs in the breakfast area that no food was to be taken from that room. It was the first time I had seen such a requirement and I do not like it at all! I will not stay at that particular Comfort Inn again.

The hotel is in a convenient location to major travel routes and near many shopping choices. When the hotel was full, parking was a challenge -- not enough convenient spaces. The bathroom in my room was often not cleaned properly and towels were not replaced.

Whenever someone walked in the room above us, our ceiling squeaked. Also, the door did not provide adequate noise reduction, as we could hear all of the conversations occurring outside of our room. Breakfast was in too small of an area.

Choice chain is pretty good. 80% of time.

The overall experience was okay but there were some problems that I feel could have been better dealt with.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The hotel front desk employs were very friendly.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Facilities had a lot more variety and much quieter than expected.

About the only downside was the shower curtain kept being 'sucked inward' toward me as was showering. This was a gross feeling to have this wet piece of fabric cling to your skin.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The rooms were comfortable and not cramped, the bathroom was not cramped either. The bed sheets were clean as was the bathroom and all floors. I didn't have to worry about asking the staff to re-vacuum or to re-sanitize the bathroom. The lobby was comfortable.
