Comfort Suites Miami - Page 1

A very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, the Comfort Suites of Miami is enjoyable for all ages. Located right off the turnpike, traffic can be noisy and backed up. However, access to the train is nearby.

It was excellent.

Unfortunately this hotel is nowhere near any high awards. To begin, the hotel and staff need a lot of polishing. My stay was very short. In fact, it was less than 24 hours, and I saw a lot.

Let’s start with the security guard, he planted himself on the sofa in the lounge area on the fifth floor to talk on his personal cell for a very long time. Where's the safety of the guest? Just seeing this, I felt I was on my own in this hotel and city. I will also state that not only was security lounging around, but hotel staff, too. I guess the fifth floor was their smoking area, because when you got off the elevator the cigarette odor was very strong. How could it not be, this must be the lounge area for the hotel staff and security.

Next, lets talk about the stained blankets, it looked like body fluids had dried up on the blanket. The general manager could tell me his hotel cleaned the bedding, but it still gave me a very bad impression. And don't make a complaint, because you will be in the wrong. And the staff will make sure you are aware that a complaint was made, never again will I stay at a Comfort Suites aka Choice Hotel.

I thought it was a very pleasant stay. I enjoyed the staff, as well as the hotel room itself. It has a great location. It is a little steep on the price, but overall, I would recommend it!

This hotel made me feel entertained: The staff offered activities throughout Miami to participate in.

The hotel was in a great location for my business needs. The front desk and service staff were excellent. They were the best thing about my stay in Miami.
