Comfort Suites Memphis - Page 1

The staff was very unfriendly - except for the housekeeping - the indoor pool is very small, the room was clean, but very musty, the hotel charged my credit card 4 times for 2 nights and when I called and asked why I was told that it was for authorization and should correct "in a few days" that perhaps someone was training the night before and used my account. My credit card shouldn't have been used for "training". I would not recommend this particular Comfort Suites to anyone. I felt uncomfortable talking with the hotel desk clerks, and the manager I spoke with was very unpleasant. We ended our vacation early because of this.

It was very nice. It was clean, friendly, and had new rooms.

The stay was as expected. It was comfortable and quiet.

The restaurant food was of very poor quality. The food was cold and even though it was not very busy the service was slow. The waitress was friendly enough.
