It's in a nice comfortable location that was clean. The staff was very accommodating. I will gladly go back there.

It's a good value and very conveniently located.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The friendliness of the front desk staff gave me a warm feeling. Not just their attitude, but little things like addressing me by name once they pulled my reservation. And also, it would seem basic, but that there was no problem with my reservation. That hasn't always been the case.

They like my brother-in-law very much, and bent over backward to please us. I was very happy with the care they gave to details.

I have only been disappointed once in 10 years of travel!
This hotel made me feel welcome: Once I announced my name, they took over finding my reservation and answering all my questions. They even gave me a free drink coupon for a local restaurant.
