This is a dependable chain of hotels. I would use them again.

We had a great experience and we look forward to staying there again.

We stay at this facility numerous times each year while visiting family in the area. We always ask for the same room. The staff is cordial and receptive to our requests which often involve using common areas for small family gatherings. The breakfast is always good.

It is a great new hotel.

This hotel made me feel content: The staff was friendly.

Because my daughter attends Eastern IL Univ in nearby Charleston, I've stayed at most of the area hotels at least once over the past 4 years. Comfort Suites is by far the best deal: new, clean, large rooms, nice amenities (fridge, micro, breakfast, etc.). I travel regularly on business and tend to stay in business class hotels (Hyatt, Marriott, Hiltons) but have no regrets staying here. No luxury, but clean and comfortable. In fact, my experiences with the Mattoon location prompted me to join their "choice privleges" club. My biggest complaint is that my daughter graduates later this year and the hotel was fully booked 1-year in advance!
