It's in a good location, and we stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. It's a great value compared to other hotels in the area.

Our group thought that the separate 'safe' charge was wrong. If it comes with the room and you have to pay if you use it or not, it should be included in the room rate, and there should be no extra fee for it. The breakfast buffet was poorly stocked, the room was too small and the variety of foods didn't change from day to day.

The Comfort Suites Maingate East has a nice atmosphere.

The original reservations were incorrect, but they fixed it. Their elevators were very slow.

Comfort Suites was very comfortable and clean. It was expensive but I guess it was worth it since they had continental breakfast also, and everything about the hotel was pretty nice, except for the pulled fire alarm that woke everyone up.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff was friendly and the decor was pleasing to the eye. Also the rooms were almost spotless and very cozy.

As a whole, they have been very good.

It was a class reunion and everything that we required was provided promptly, with extreme respect, and with a pleasant demeanor. I look forward to an equally pleasant experience at this same location this year.
