We felt very happy with all the services that were offered. When we asked for extra bedding, we were accommodated quickly.
This hotel made me feel respected: When entering or leaving, the receptionist always greeted us or said to have a "great day".

When I am traveling on business, it's really nice to have a place to come 'home' to. Comfort Suites made me feel that way.
This hotel made me feel important: They delivered a copy of USA Today right to my door every morning.

There had been a shoting there and it made us feel a bit uncomfortable not knowing about it until a friend told us about it that afternoon. Feltt a bit insecure. Also... the hallway by the elevator had a number of stains on the wall that were unsightly.
