I had a reservation to spend two nights. I had called the hotel a couple of weeks earlier to see when I had to arrive. They told me anytime and they did not need my credit card. When I arrived they had already given my room away. The man working at the hotel was very rude and did not care that I did not have a room. He said it was not his problem and walked away. Finally they gave me a room, but they did grumble because they did not want to honor the price they had quoted me because it had a whrilpool tub. The room was a dump. The blinds had fallen from the window, knocking the lamp over. It looked like someone had broken in. The room was dirty and smelly and the furniture was cheap looking. The whirlpool tub was gross, I would not want to take a bath in it. I did not spend the night at this dump. If the room with the whirpool tub was suppose to be nice, I would not have wanted to see the room I was suppose to get. While I was at the hotel I heard other guest complain that the a/c did not work in their rooms. One guest was even locked out of their room, which had their personal possessions inside. I would not stay at this dump.

The location was excellent, just off the Interstate. The people were delightful and helpful. The breakfast was very nice.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I made my reservations by telephone to the hotel itself. The young man was very nice and helpful. The price I paid was an excellent price which made me stay there. I could have found many other acceptable places. The people continued to be nice throughout the stay. I will certainly stop there again.

The location and the service were good. The manager's reception could have been better. The hotel met our needs considering we were attending a family funeral.

It's an easy on and off for I-95. The nearby restaurants are fair but not great. The staff was okay. There is some lobby construction going on.
