It’s a very nice hotel in a good Location. I recommend it to others.

The special package that we reserved was not ready and it took the hotel staff over two hours to get it to our room. There was a piece of broken glass on the bathroom floor that I stepped on. They forgot the breakfast delivered to our room on one of the days. The tickets to the winery that they gave us were for something else. Overall, the lack of preparation and knowledge about the special packages that they offer was very disappointing.

The hotel wasn't very busy but we still were put on the third floor and as far from the elevator as possible. The hot tub was barely warm. The complimentary continental breakfast ended at ten a.m., at a minute after it was almost totally cleaned up. That seemed a little rude.

I appreciated the desk attendants and the internet access in the room. We had a super time with our wedding. The hotel pool was closed when we could use it; it was not open late at night.

This hotel made me feel respected: All employees were courteous and tried their best to meet any of our needs. We felt that the staff honored our stay and privacy.

I felt like this was a very good hotel. I had no problems, but was only staying overnight. I was only passing through the area.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I liked the way the rooms were set up. You walked in and there was the living room with a couch that pulled out to a bed, a table and chairs, a TV, and also the ability to hook your computer to the internet if you paid for that feature.

It was a very nice experience. The location was good as there was access to restaurants, gas stations, and other shops within walking distance. The decor was nice and they had a good variety of food for their breakfast.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The room was in a quiet location. The furnishings were comfortable. Beverages were available. The lighting could be adjusted to our liking. Music was available on TV.
