The hotel is very nice, clean, and fairly new. It is conveniently located. The staff is excellent. O'Charley's Restaurant is across the parking lot and the food there is terrific.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk staff apologized profusely because I had trouble with the web site and couldn't get an acknowledgement. If we stay there again, it will only be because they cared I had trouble.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They had a pool for us indoors and they also have a fitness room and were close to restaurants and a mall.
