I liked the fact that it was in close proximity to where I wanted to visit. I also liked the fact that they had an indoor pool and a jacuzzi.

This hotel made me feel important: They called me by my last name.

It was fine for what I needed.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff was friendly and the rooms were very comfortable.

We stayed at the Las Cruces, New Mexico location. It was a very stressful time as we were there for my youngest daughter's wedding and the staff made us feel as comfortable as possible. Everything was clean and in its place, we felt at home!

This hotel made me feel practical: They provided free breakfast each morning.

It's in an excellent location. It's a great hotel with reasonable service and price.

The hotel was very adequate, but it was a bit expensive for the area. We received a call from the front desk after we were in our room to be sure all was okay -- nice touch. I liked the swimming pool -- small but clean. The jacuzzi wasn't working, which was a disappointment. There were no coffee cups or cream/sugar for the coffee in the room. There were no newspapers available in the dispensers either day. The hotel doesn't seem to keep anyone stationed at the front desk, which was a bit irritating when one had a question or need. The free breakfast provided was very nice, including waffles! (Which we didn't try). Not enough staff to make up rooms was an irritant. We left early in the morning and returned at noon to find the room not made up. There was a security guard at night -- I don't know if one was needed but it was nice.
