Comfort Suites Lake Forest - Page 1

My company booked me at this hotel. The person at the desk could not find my reservation, first they told me I could be booked at another Comfort Suites miles away. I explained our offices are next door and the clerk was sure it was at the hotel. To make matters worse I received a double charge and had to call and explain to the manager the problem. The manager was never available and when I did get a hold of him he made it my problem.

It was a great location for the conference I was at. It was clean and tidy. The breakfast foods were cold when they were supposed to be hot.

They had a cold and impersonal staff, with an I don't care attitude, plus the staff was pre-occupied with talking to other workers, more so than in taking care of customers.

The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. We were in a stressful situation with a loved one in critical condition at a local hospital there. The staff went online and got directions to the hospital for us while we waited.

This hotel made me feel practical: We were so pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rooms and the service for a very reasonable price. We will definitely stay there again if the need arises.

It was a very pleasant experience because of the service.
