It was a comfortable room and convenient.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Suites Kenner.
I might recommend it to friends.

47 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The manager and the staff have no clue. I stayed at this hotel this weekend to attend a funeral of a family member in New Orleans. The memorial service was Monday morning and I spoke with the front desk to see if a late checkout was possible. I was told that there would be a fee of $10 per hour for late checkout. When I returned from the cemetery with my entire family all of our belongings had been removed from our rooms and piled in a service area along with our things for other guests. The manager indicated that the cleaning staff was leaving and that he had no other option but to remove our things and have the room cleaned.

I am not likely to return to the Comfort Suites Kenner.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The reservations and the policy on extra night stays were weak.

The management was clueless, except for one special woman--she was great. Otherwise, they were all confused...
