General manager very rude. Hotel will overcharge you on your credit card and will not reverse charges. Must file claims with credit card co and BBB to get reimbursed. A big headache to deal with this hotel. Very poor customer service! I am a long time repeat customer of the Comfort Suites and Inn chain and will not use their hotels again due to all of the problems associated with this reservation.

The hotel was very good overall, we were pleasantly surprised.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Suites Inn Marshall.
