Excellent
Just stayed 3 nights and had a beautiful clean room. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous as well as the lady who served. Everyone acteed as if they were glad we were there.
Hey I dont have a promblem with pets,but when you check on a place to stay and you decide you would like to be pet free and see a zoo,whats up?I called the front desk and they say they allow pets for a $25.00 fee.I want go back.

Horrible
Comfort Suites has a 100% satisfaction "guarantee." Don't count on it. We had 3 nights reserved for two rooms. Both rooms had been smoked in and "scented" to cover it. We complained and were told they were non-smoking rooms. Nobody even checked....

Mediocre
When made reservation, was told that hotel was in the historic district. Wrong! It's 3 blocks away from it and right next to a housing project!!! Room was musty and damp. Could only get 1 pillow for the pull out double bed - they were out! ...
The hotel claims to be "within walking distance" of Savannah's historic district. It is, but you have to take a long walk through a rough-looking neighborhood to get there.
