The room was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were nicely laid out and the room was well designed. The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel very highly. The breakfast was great too.
This hotel made me feel pampered: The toiletries were good quality and the linens were as well. The furniture and appointments were well thought out and comfortable and useful.

We love the Comfort Suites in Hayward. We travel to Hayward at least once a year and always stay at Comfort Suites. Excellent service, clean and not overpriced.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We usually book online and then call to request a first floor room close to the pool because we have small children. They are always more than happy to accommodate our requests. We also love the complimentary continental breakfast. Our kids love the waffles and always ask us if we get to stay at the hotel with the waffles that we eat in our pajamas.
