It is the only hotel I will always stay at. It is clean and it is a great place to stay for the money.
This hotel made me feel secure: The parking lot was well lit and the limited entrances were very secure.

While this could be a nice hotel, they do no stand behind their product. Our toilet did not flush. Although they tried to fix it twice, they left us a toilet plunger, never told us it was not fixed, never offerred us another room, and we were on our own.
We are not easily motivated to complain and ask for a credit, but we felt we were justified. They listened, smiled, and politely told us that they were charging us the full amount. It would have taken very little to make us happy, and issue a partial credit. DO NOT STAY HERE.
I am not likely
to return to the Comfort Suites Grantville.
I
would not recommend it to friends.
