I liked the large room. It was nicely decorated and clean. I liked that they allowed our pets. It was a very nice place. We would go there again. We were told the whirlpool rooms had a fireplace and we will have to try that next time we are there.

I would recommend this hotel. Everything was as promised. We are four senior citizens with lots of questions which were answered promptly and accurately.
This hotel made me feel welcome: We were greeted promptly and efficiently. Each time we left, we were asked if there was anything we needed or they could do for us. We were also greeted warmly when we returned.

The stay was about as expected. I expected the TV services to be better, but it was only basic cable -- no extra channels like Sci-Fi channel or the like. The suites are very good, but it was still a bit of a pricey stay.

They did not have the Sci-Fi Channel on TV programming. They also did not have any in-hotel programs for entertainment or deals at local restaurants.

Overall, very nice; close to restaurants and shopping.
This hotel made me feel welcome: We were greeted by a very friendly young lady at the check in desk. Our room was not ready yet, so we went to our friends' room, which was ready. When our room was ready, she called us at our friends' room. That is not an experience we have had before.
