Comfort Suites Grand Prairie - Page 1

During my recent stay at this hotel my vehicle was vandelized and personal effects were stolen . The hotel has cameras thoughout the parking lot that are useless . I guess due to poor lighting . It took atleast hour and two to three phone calls for police to respond and the hotel staff just handed me the phone number to reach police . They were very un helpful through this situation .The only thing they did do was notify me the windows were broken .

I don't like the traffic noise from the highway. The room is very dark and poorly lit. The cable TV service is very limited.

This hotel made me feel content: They have the facilities that I need and expected. They provide local transportation and friendly service.

We always go to this Comfort Inn when we are in the Dallas area. They are always polite and helpful, my husband is handicapped. The bathrooms are perfect for a handicapped person.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They went out of their way to help my husband. He is handicapped. They were always checking to see if we needed anything.
