I have specifically requested for a quiet room AND specifically said "not near an elevator" because I travel from overseas and will be jet lagged and tired. Just needed a good night's sleep with no disturbance.

When I checked in, I was specifically given a room NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR! The staff did not do anything to change that and manager is not to be found that evening. No one seem to want to take responsibility of that error.

We have stayed there on several occasions. I am pleased with the location and its proximity to restaurants. I finally found out why there are times when there are not king-sized sheets on king-sized beds, which happens quite often and is a pet peeve.

The hotel was wonderful, as was the staff. The only problem was when I went to sign in they did not seem to have my reservation that I had made online. They took care of the problem efficiently and quickly. I even believe they gave us a better room than what I had originally reserved.

The only thing we did not like about the hotel was the cold temperature of the pool water. Everything else was great.

I had an enjoyable time, but I don't think I would say I was pampered though.
