Best kept secret in town.....spent 3 nights and this hotel is a great bargain. This was our third visit to the area in six weeks, and this is absolutely the best hotel in the area. Previously stayed at Holiday Inn Express and Quality Inn (both in Magnolia, AR). Comfort Suites is relatively new, has wonderful bedding and linens, bigger than average rooms incl. sofa and arm chair. Toiletries refreshed daily. Continental breakfast incl. hot items such as sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles and other standard breakfast items. Served warm cookies each afternoon, 24-hr. coffee/tea/juice. Nice indoor pool and workout room. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Entire property is clean, clean, clean!! Great senior rate was half that of Holiday Inn Express in Magnolia. We will definitely make Comfort Suites our choice in El Dorado area.

The shower curtain was moldy. The lamps were unplugged. The indoor pool was too cold to use because the heater did not work. During breakfast, once the food ran out, it was not replenished even though two hours were left for the time served. No adjustments were made or even offered on the bill during check-out. Some, but not all, employees had a poor attitude.

The hotel was easy access on and off the interstate. It’s very clean and has a good continental breakfast provided.

Everything was fine. I use Comfort Suites, Holiday Inn and Hampton fairly often -- also Marriott.

The location was convenient, the cost was reasonable, and it was clean and comfortable.
