It initially appeared we had been double-billed for the room. After calling the hotel, the management was able to resolve the issue and I was only billed for one room.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Suites Duluth.

They care about their guest and if you have a need they make sure to handle your request asap.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They took care of you as soon as you walked in the door. There was no waiting or hassles checking in or out and there was always someone there to help you at all times.

Everything was great but the bathroom sink drained very slow and the remote control batteries were dead.

My confirmation was correct, but the info given to the property was for another year. The agent did get figure out what had happened and got my room for me, though.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Very talkative; told me to let him know if we needed anything, needed directions.

Great. they made sure everything was as comfortable and worry free as they could. They did a great job and showed they care about the consumer.
