The bed was quite uncomfortable. The room was a bit small, but the price was reasonable, so I cannot complain. The location was good, you're able to walk to everything in downtown Buffalo, and there was an Applebee's on the premises which made a quick meal convenient.

This hotel made me feel secure: The main entrance was locked after a certain hour, maybe ten p.m. After that time, only one entrance was accessible, and only with your hotel key card.

It was near the airport and provided twenty-four hour service to drive me to my flight. There also was an early morning breakfast which had many choices. I was able to leave my vehicle in the parking lot until I returned.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: There was a spa in the pool area I used.

When we got to our rooms (we had two of them) they were filthy and dirty. There was dust and hair on the bathroom floors. The rooms looked as if they had never been vacuumed, and there was hair all over.

When I told the desk, they switched me to another room that was in the same filthy condition. On Monday, I called management and the woman said to me “What do you want? You are obviously calling for something.” Never again will I stay at a Comfort Suite. The total number of rooms my family had that weekend was five, and all five were the same.

I have no complaints. It's a normal hotel.

It was centrally located for the purpose of our trip. The personnel were all pleasant and helpful and the room exceeded our expectations.

Comfort Suites provides a very early continental breakfast with fresh fruit and items that are easy to carry. A shuttle is provided to the airport. And I was able to use the park/fly to leave my car while gone.

I prefer Comfort Suites over other nearby hotels, even if it will cost me a little more.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: There weren't many people on my floor - it was quiet.
