Comfort Suites Downtown Buffalo

The roomy suite was offset by terrible service - alerted staff to the fact that we had no towels, a dirty bathroom mirror, and a dressing table with sticky cup rings. With a half-hearted apology they fixed two of the three but the cup rings never did get cleaned during our entire 3-day stay.

Asked for a wakeup call - no call. Used the coffee maker, never received replacement coffee. The room had two closets but only 5 hangers between them both. When the cold water taps were turned on all you got was warm water. It took more than two minutes for it to turn moderately cool. This hotel has gone waaayyyyy down, would not recommend.

The location was ok, but the rooms were a little small.

When we got to our rooms (we had two of them) they were filthy and dirty. There was dust and hair on the bathroom floors. The rooms looked as if they had never been vacuumed, and there was hair all over.

When I told the desk, they switched me to another room that was in the same filthy condition. On Monday, I called management and the woman said to me "What do you want? You are obviously calling for something." Never again will I stay at a Comfort Suite. The total number of rooms my family had that weekend was five, and all five were the same.

The maid service wasn't good at all. I was very disappointed with them.

The pillows were about worn out. The mattress was beyond firm and a little too uncomfortable.

This hotel made me feel respected: I am disabled. Some service people answer questions or provide assistance only because it's their job. This hotels staff was genuinely courteous and helpful.
